Devastated and blaming he...
Devastated and blaming herself for the tragic deaths of her parents, Jamie Ellison finds solace in humanitarian work building houses for Hurricane Katrina victims. After checking into a mental health treatment facility after her parents' death, she is finally on stable ground when she meets the seemingly perfect Michael Radcliffe. He is handsome, wealthy and has also lost both of his parents in a freak accident. They marry within a week of meeting each other, return to her hometown to run Jamie's father's company and Jamie expects a happily-ever-after. However, Michael has other ideas. Convincing her that she is mentally unwell and seeing things, he is cunningly conniving to take over the company and Jamie's wealth. Now, Jamie faces the biggest challenge of her life: fighting for what is rightfully hers and battling the mind games that her manipulative husband is playing to drive her to insanity and maybe to her own death.

Play4film's point of view:
This is a made for television thriller of Canadian origin which tells a not entirely original story, yet demonstrates a talent as well as a taste and love for the thriller genre. A woman begins to have doubts about the real identity of her husband. Moreover, there is someone who wants to put her on her guard. That which counts in this film by Terry Ingram, long time television director, are the twists in the screenplay and the countless deceptions which play upon the characters' minds.
